Continental Results Management Panel Asia/Oceania appointed as first instance hearing panel

The fourteen National Anti-Doping Organisations of Oceania, in accordance with the World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standard for Results Management and, in accordance with Article 8.1.1.1 of the Anti-Doping Rules, have appointed Continental Results Management Panel Asia/Oceania as their first-instance hearing panel. The appointment of the independent panel ensures athletes receive a fair and impartial first-instance hearing.

The fourteen National Anti-Doping Organisations of Oceania: American Samoa, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, Guam, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
